Upperbody Bootcamp - Upper body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, head to toe stretching, and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.
Lowerbody Bootcamp - A class focusing on cardio challenges, hill climbs, and varying speeds and resistance for all participant levels.
Cardio Bootcamp - The goals of this class include are improving muscular strength and endurance, improving the cardiovascular system, increasing strength and improving your overall fitness.
Wrestling Camps Youth & High School - Designed to enhance mental preparation, strength and power development, development of new techniques, drilling techniques, situational wrestling, and hard wrestling. The camp is designed so athletes will get plenty of one-on-one instruction.
Womens Self Defense - Comprehensive, women-only course that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and risk avoidance, while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training.
